You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Do not share your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You may change your username at any time from your profile page, subject to our content rules below.

By using All Star Strategy, you agree NOT to:

• Use offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit usernames or chat messages
• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or cheat in any way
• Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonate staff, admins, or other players
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the game

Violations may result in username reset, chat muting, or permanent account ban without refund.

Gems (💎) are virtual currency purchased with real money through our payment processor (Stripe). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Virtual items, gems, and account progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the game.

We reserve the right to modify gem prices, in-game exchange rates, and available items at any time.

VIP levels are based on total lifetime spending and are permanent. VIP perks are subject to change with prior notice. Battle Pass is a time-limited subscription that expires after 30 days.

We aim to keep the game running 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or shut down the game at any time. We are not liable for any loss of access or progress during downtime.

All game content, artwork, code, and design is the property of All Star Strategy and its creators. Fan art and references to anime/manga characters are used non-commercially for entertainment purposes. We do not claim ownership of any third-party IP.

We collect your email address and username to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we do not store card details.

Chat messages are stored in our database to provide the global chat feature and may be reviewed to enforce these terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify players of significant changes via in-game announcement.
